1.0 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1.0 16-ounce carton yogurt
4.0 ripe medium-size avacado
1.0 cup salsa verde
2.0 teaspoons lime juice
Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl with electric beaters. Beat in yogurt until smooth. Peel, seed and mash avocados with fork in a small bowl. Add to yogurt mixture along with salsa and lemon juice. Makes 3 cups.
